Welcome to Casa de las Semanas, located in bucolic Bucerias Mexico. Situated on the Bay of Banderas, Bucerias is just 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport and while the hustle and bustle of downtown PV is easily accessible by car, taxi or bus, the charms of Bucerias will keep you close to home.

 

Casa de las Semanas is a totally remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, 1 1/2 blocks off the beach with limited views from the kitchen and the deck. The 2nd floor condo is located in a 10 unit complex fully enclosed with a private pool, group palapa, large BBQ area and outside shower. The grounds are immaculate inviting you to spend the day relaxing by the pool should you not feel like exploring all the town has to offer.

Master Bedroom
  Master Bedroom 		There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. Bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single on top are in the 2nd bedroom, and both rooms have plenty of closet space. Casa de las Semanas is ideally suited for 4 people but can sleep up to 7. Both bathrooms have huge walk in showers. Besides the living room area, there is a family room with a couch that makes into a double bed. Off this room is the spacious terrace with dining area and BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen is large with plenty of room for cooking and margarita making at the same time.
Since this condo has been completely redone, the furnishings are new and in the warm tones of brown, orange, gold, green and red. Pictures have been painted by local artists and the wood furnishings are from the little town of Sayulita, just up the coast north of Punta Mita. All the electronics and appliances are new and included in the list of amenities below. We hope you will enjoy the living areas as much as we enjoyed putting them together

  Kitchen
The condo is fully air conditioned with 5 overhead fans including one out on the terrace. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There are 2 TVs, 1 in the living room area with DVD player and 1 in the family room. The CD player comes with an ISB port in the front for easy use of your MP3 player. For your enjoyment there is cable TV with numerous English speaking channels. We also have internet if you bring your laptop or there are internet cafes within a couple of blocks.
On the beach side of the town, walking will get you everywhere you need to go. There are wonderful beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy delicious seafood as well as Mexican specialties. There is a market place for souvenier shopping at the central plaza where the lovely Catholic Church is located. Small grocery markets are plentiful as are little eateries serving local specialties. There is even a spot to book one of the terrific adventures available in the Vallarta area. Hopefully you'll have time for a jungle tour, canopy tour, snorkel or island boat trip, ATV adventure, deep sea fishing trip or a day of golf. Close by you can swim with the dolphins, surf, or parasail. There are brochures located in the house describing some of the areas attractions.
